Issue lets encrypt includes not selected aliases into csr and the errors

I have a domain with 41 aliases, (all these aliasas are disabled)
I want to install a Let's Encrypt for the main domain + its www
I DO NOT select any of the aliases

the error is:

Invalid response from https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/finalize/43323570/208578633.
Details:
Type: urn:ietfarams:acme:error:malformed
Status: 400
Detail: Error finalizing order :: CSR contains more than 100 DNS names

Why does let's encrypt have more then 100 names in the csr?
Even with all aliases enabled it does not add up to 100+ (41 fqdn + there www = max 82 entries in the csr)
