Issue Let's Encrypt/SSL It! empty domain name error

SilentWarrior

Basic Pleskian
Server operating system version
Almalinux 9.5
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.67
Hello,

for a while now I've been receiving an email every day with the following error:
Code:
Could not secure domains of D******d (login D*******s) with Let`s Encrypt certificates. Please log in to Plesk and secure the domains listed below manually.
Securing of the following domains has failed:

** 'test.com' **
idn_to_ascii: empty domain name: U_ILLEGAL_ARGUMENT_ERROR

The following domains have been secured without some of their Subject Alternative Names:

<none>

Could not renew Let`s Encrypt certificates for D******d (login D*******s). Please log in to Plesk and renew the certificates listed below manually.
Renewal of the following Let`s Encrypt certificates has failed:

<none>

The following Let`s Encrypt certificates have been renewed without some of their Subject Alternative Names:

<none>

Legend:
[+] This domain is secure. The domain's SSL/TLS certificate from Let`s Encrypt has been issued/renewed.
[-] This domain is not secure. Either the domain's SSL/TLS certificate from Let`s Encrypt could not be issued/renewed or the domain name was excluded from the certificate. Renew the certificate manually or request a new one to secure this domain.

This message occurs for every domain for which no web hosting is activated and therefore no certificate is required.
There were no changes to the configuration, possibly updates to some Linux and Plesk packages. I also couldn't find a setting to disable anything here.
Does anyone have an idea why this could be and how I can fix it?

Thanks.

maybe this helps
Hello. I have exactly the same problem. But I don't see how to solve it by following the link you indicate. It says to go to

Subscriptions > example.com > Customize > Additional Services

I don't have "Customize > Additional Services" on my Plesk interface ! I am an administrator though!

Thanks for your help

@Adarre , when you go to Subscriptions and select the desired one, you should expand the right-hand side menu. Then, you need to expand the Account dropdown. I will attach a few screenshots for better reference.

But for my understanding if I switch this Service to "None" there are existing certificates not renewed anymore...

I use SSL It! to secure my domains but there are some domains that haven't webhosting and don't need a certificate...

Next thing I get not an email for every domain which is not secured. So I think it's not the reason for the email...
I switched this now to "None" and will see what happen. But I fear that the certificates of the web hosting domains will no longer be renewed...

@Adarre Sure, as described previously. But this option disables SSL It! for the entire subscription and not for a single domain. How can I change this for a single domain included in the subscription ?
