Does anyone know if there is a libssh2 library for the PHP versions php 8.1 and 8.2 ?

I presume the steps would be the same, just with using 8.2 instead of 8.1. Your milage may vary, though.

I have already tested this, with Plesk unfortunately not possible, with Plesk it works up to php 8.0
