Issue Licence management / automatic renew problem

Erwan

Regular Pleskian
Hi all,

For a few months now, we have had problems with the automatic renewal of Plesk licenses and this on several servers.
Today, for example, I connect to a server and I have the message:

Warning: You are currently operating within the grace period of your product license. To update your product license, select the Retrieve Keys option on the Licence Management.

When i go the Licence Management page, i can see:

Next license key update: Sept 29, 2021

So, i click on the button "Retreive keys" and after some seconds:
License key has been updated to the most recent version. Current license key number is PLSK.XXXXXXXXXXXXX.
Additional license key for the DNSSEC for Plesk (Bundled) application with number EXT.XXXXXXXXXXXXX has been provisioned.

Everything is now ok. The new licence date is: Oct 29, 2021

Why do we have to renew manually with the risk of Plesk stop to work for our customers?
Thank you.

Erwan

Do you see any errors related to license updates in /var/log/plesk/panel.log ?

You can try to ask licencing support

@snw tv please make a new thread instead of reviving an old one.

Also not sure what server you're running on but please reach out to the licensing and purchase support that kind of error.
