I really need som help about this one, my licens key is running out of time 16. feb. and the last time i try' to update was the 6. feb., but without success.
now i get this message when i try to update manually from the plesk control panel.
"Warning: You are currently operating within the grace period of your product license. To update your product license, select the Retrieve Keys option on the License Management page."
"Key Update StatusUnable to update Plesk Key. The key you try to send is invalid. You cannot try to update it anymore. License key must be ordered first."
I bought the Plesk control panel in august 2007, and it works just fine until now.
Port 5224 is open, and i can see the ka.swsoft.com:5224 from the server.
