license transferral (buy/sell) or license downgrade/swap

I own a 100-domain license for Plesk.. My SUS (software update service) subscription is due in a week or so.. I don't want to pay the $99. Am I allowed to transfer my 100 domain license to another individual or company in a legitimate way?

Also, is anyone w/ the 30-domain license looking to upgrade to 100-domains and want to swap keys (if that's allowed)? I'd want it to be with SUS..

I just no longer have a need for > 30 domains.. I barely have any left that I care to keep.
