Limitations on Outgoing Email Messages missing in 12.0.18

I have installed 12.0.18 from scratch on my test server, with demo license.
I'm missing option 'Limitations on Outgoing Email Messages' in mail settings.
Should I do something to enable it?

My mail server is postfix.

PPPT.00000000.0000 is default, but not trial license key.
Outgoing Antispam is enabled in trial license.

Now I don't get it.. That is license I've got from site: http://www.parallels.com/products/plesk/trial/
I have just ordered new one and has same number:

Sorry, you are correct - this is trial license key.
There is some problem with generation trial keys and it will be fixed soon. I will update this thread and after that you should request new trial key on http://www.parallels.com/products/plesk/trial/

That worked. Thanks.. Now suddenly way more options appeared.. like fail2ban etc..
