Lock server down after hacking

Hi there,

I am desperately after some help after my server was hacked into. I am trying to lock the server down so only the webserver, plesk CP, ftp and mail is accessable to the outside world. I'm struggling with the firewall settings and was wondering if someone to throw me a life line.
