Locked MySelf Out Via IP Restriction Policy

I setup Plesk (7.6.0) so nobody can access the control panel. I assumed PLESK would have coded it where, localhost (127.0.0.1) could access it, but evidently I had to add 127.0.0.1 manually to the list before I applied the security change, which is something I did not do.

Error: Access for administrator from address '127.0.0.1' is restricted in accordance with IP Access restriction policy currently applied.

How do I modify the access restriction list, and add 127.0.0.1, note that I cannot login via the control panel, I am locked out. Thanks.
