Log Rotation Error

Basic Pleskian
I am running 9.5.2 on Ubuntu. Despite the fact that I have setup my log rotation settings on several domains, they are not rotating. One access file is getting to over 500mb in size!

Can someone please advise?

I have Ubuntu 8.04 x86_64 so I presume the correct directory is /opt/psa/admin/sbin? I have replaced the old statistics file (after taking a copy) there with the appropriate new one from the attachment and restarted the container (I'm on a VPS).

Is there anything else I now need to do?
 
Investigation of this strange issue directly on your server is required. Therefore I suggest you contact support team.
