Logging into webmail causes download of php file?

New problem and I cannot remember how I fixed a similiar issue like this in the past.

When a user visits our webmail login at "http://webmail.myserver.com" they are presented with a windows dialog box asking if they want to "open of save" the "login.php" file. This is happening in Internet Explorer. In Firefox they get a screen with a bunch of garbage code.

Other php files on this server are being parsed and served up correctly.

Please help.

I shut off the Zend software and now the webmail login works fine, so I guess I have other issues and will search the forums.

I really need to have Zend up and running.
