We have a problem with the login box not showing. The plesk logo comes up, but the login box is missing. What to do?? Anyone knows why?
 
This problem has arised, becuase of that "plesk control panel" suddenly vanished.

We tried to re-install the service with:

"C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\Apache.exe" -w -f "C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\conf\httpd.conf" -d "C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\." -k install

this gives that plsek shows, but login box is missing

ok , next, the service should be run by psaadm.

What is the psaadm password? It is not the same as admin password. If we shange the password, and set it to tthe same as plesk admin passowrd, will we break other things?

will this fix the login boxproblem?

anyone who knows?
