Login skin does not change for client / reseller

When a client or reseller directs their customers to https://www.clientdomain.com:8443/, they go to the initial login page for Plesk, and their branding is up in the top left hand corner, but the color scheme is the default blue.

Can that be changed to coincide with the clients skin settings?

Can it be changed at all? If so, where does that happen?
