Login URL

Is it possible to pass login information in a URL to bypass the Login Screen.

What I'm thinking is something like;

https://DOMAIN.com:8443/login.php3?Username=tlombard&password=ABC123

I'm looking for a solution to the same problem at the moment. It only looks like it can be done with a form, and it's action sent to the normal plesk login processor.
