    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

The logo appears in control panel but not in preview or when published, even a small logo.
Any idea?

Could you please clarify the issue with more details? Did you upload logo for the website and after that published the site? If it is possible provide here some screen shots with the issue description.

Hi,

Occurs with all users and templates.
The logo is sent, uploaded, and the site was published. Appears an X instead the logo.
The site telefonemix.srv.br is an example.

First of all make sure that logo is viewed when you preview site from Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder. Is logo displayed correctly there?
Make sure that all latest updates are installed on the server: Server -> Autoupdate section. Latest update is 4.5.5.
Try to re-publish the entire website one more time, clear cache and cookies and check this situation one more time.
Let me know about the results.
 
Logo does not appears.

Hi,

The last update is applied, and the logo appears on the design step in construction mode, but does not appear in preview mode. Instead the logo appears a break image.
This break image appears in the edit page too.

The logo does not appear after publication.

Solution: 1: Create restore point and take registry backup.
2: Delete all temp files.
3: Delete all unwanted software's and security software's from add/remove program.
4: Disable all unwanted services from startup and then remove from registry.
5: Reset internet explorer and then register all .dll files.
6: Scan with spyware removal,hijackthis and trojon removal.
7: Check windows update if found and then download and install.
8: Restart the computer. and then check it.
 
Logo does not appears - server

Hi,

Just to clarify that the logo does not appears to all clients and the server is pretty new installed.
I cant imagine do the steps described in in the last post in the server to fix the logo that does not appears.
Is that right? (reset interent explorer?
