lost password, and forget e-mail!

Hi, i have a liiiiitle problems.

Hi have plesk 7.5.4 and i have lost the password of admin login, and have forget the admin email.

But i have the SSH access to this server.

How can i change the password or the admin e-mail via SSH command line ?

Login via SSH and su to root - check the /etc/psa/.psa.shadow file - it contains your admin password.
