Question LTS Support Debian 9

Hello, i have a simple question. How to know if my System already using LTS?

I running Plesk with Debian 9, but there is no Info that the System get updates until next year "Link"

This is my source list.

Have you tried to use recommendations from LTS/Using - Debian Wiki ?

No because i don't want to risk breaking the Server.

Should i change it in that?
