Magento Application Failed: Orphaned DB in PSA

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION AND STEPS TO REPRODUCE
After trying to setup the managed application "Magento" the web based installer never finished (hung on applying page)but installer did create the DB and copied the files to the web site.

ACTUAL RESULT
The installer hung (was using ie 8) and now I have a DB I can't remove from mysql (This resource is used by installed web application). The app doesn't not show up as "installed"

EXPECTED RESULT
The web based installer to finish...it never did orphaning a DB in PSA

Wish I could find the help tip on cleaning up the PSA db.

The table `psa`.`data_bases` has the entires.

This looks to be a bug in the installer for this app.
