Hi everyone,
aliases are not working in my new drupal.

I had a look at the qmail configuration files and everything looked fine. Any suggestions? Never experienced this before: users cannot any more login with their aliases.

Make sure mail alias is present in Plesk, try recreating it.
You can also try rebuilding mail service configuration and all mailbox configuration using the following command:
PLESK_ROOT_DIR/admin/bin/mchk --with-spam

where PLESK_ROOT_DIR is the path to directory where Plesk is installed.
Note that this command will recreate mail service configuration (including all mailbox configuration) in accordance to records stored in Plesk database, so if you had any custom configuration set for mail service it will be lost.
