I have create a mail-adress for a junior supporter. I was asked, whether it is possible, that his supervisor get all mails that he send and receive to this e-mail-adress as copy.
A big problem here is, that there is a high fluctuation in his business and supporter constantly change and he must know what was the last stand in communication.
I mean; [email protected] sends a mail to [email protected], so [email protected] should get a copy automatically (not as CC oder BCC with mail formular). And reverse; send [email protected] to [email protected], so [email protected] should get a copy too. As a result he have the same mail history.
Is this possible or planned?
