Mail Enable - empty mailbox: no authentication

Last week I had problem with only one mailbox, but today I have one more with same problem
In logs I found this:

PASS PASS+* -ERR+User+mail+unavailable SERVERNAME 0 15 0
Mailbox is ok and password too. When I send mail to this mailbox I can log in (webmail and pop3 client) but when i that mail is deleted i can not login enymore...

P.S.
Im using ME with Plesk 7.5.6
