• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Mail Enable Problems with removing aliases.

Hello everyone, I have been working on this for a a few days now and am stuck. I am trying to remove an alias from a site when I get an error. I've narrowed it down to Mailenable as teh issue. If i try and disable or enable mail support for the domain it errors as well. I've tried removing the domain and or postoffice from mailenable to see if it would then let me remove the alias, but no. I have tried upgrading to the new version of mail enable. Nothing seems to be working as mention on the board. I did run mchk and the reconfigurator, too. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Here is the error I am getting:

DomainAlias::delete() failed:
---------------------- Debug Info -------------------------------
0: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\htdocs\domains\domain_aliases.php:45 psaerror(string "DomainAlias::delete() failed: ", string "domainmng::del_alias() failed: domainmng failed: Execute mailmng --remove-alias "--domain-name=www2.nni.com" "--alias-name=www2.nni.com" "--alias-type=full" failed: www2.nni.com")

Any body have any ideas what to do?

Thanks,
Aaron
