• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Mail forwarding loop - don't understand why

Heppi75

Basic Pleskian
Hi,

I have a problem with a mailbox that respond with mail forwarding loop like this:

Code:
postfix/pipe[14005]: A91FE647CD: to=<[email protected]>, relay=plesk_virtual, delay=0.28, delays=0.27/0/0/0.01, dsn=5.4.6, status=bounced (mail forwarding loop for [email protected])

The setup in plesk is the following:

[email protected] = Regular Mailbox

[email protected] (2nd alias office) = Alias Domain for mydomain.com, Both aliases forwarded to [email protected]

That setup results in an mail delivery message to the user that sends a mail to info or [email protected]?
What is wrong in this setup, can't see why this should be a forwarding loop?

Hope somone could help me, thank you.
