i dont know if its the ganja or what, but im getting paranoid.

I just learned how to sniff a port such as 25 and collect all data going in and out.

Wow it was too easy and im sure its happening to me as we speak

how can i protect myself for checking email, everytime it sends and recieves it sends out my user and pass un protected. Anyway of protecting it?

SSL? Insructions?

You'll want to use SSMTP (port 465), SSL IMAP, and SSL pop. All are enabled on a PSA box by default, you just need to reconfigure your email client to use them.
