Mail Redirect (email forward) Question

I am new to the Plesk cpanel so bare with me. My previous control panel gave me the option to forward emails from one account to one or more email address while giving me the option to save a copy of the email in the original email account or not. I have enabled the Mail Redirect feature, but I cannot seem to figure out how to tell it to not save a copy of the email in the original email account. Please advise.

Also, I am having a problem where it will forward emails to email accounts within the same box, but not to email accounts on another box i.e. it will not forward to [email protected].

Now you want to forward the mails to yahoo and also dont want to save them under the mail account.

All you have to do is set the redirection, which I guess you have done already.Then disable the mailbox for the mail account.
Below are the Steps:

Login to Plesk.
Click on the domain name.
Click on option "Mails"
Click on the Mail account.
Click on option "MailBox"

There unselect the Checkbox for MailBox.

Click on ok
and you are done, so now the mails will be fowarded to yahoo and not saved on your server.

Also, regarding the mails issue to yahoo, try setting another mail address for redirection like some hotmail or gmail account and check.If you are getting the mails there then yahoo is blocking your server for mails and if you are not getting any mails on any external account then your qmail has to be checked.

Try above and let me know, if the problem still persists, I will let you know what to do ahead.
