mail , webmail, outlook and web

Let's say I have a domain called domain1.com that is registered through Yahoo.

On my yahoo domain registration I have manually added the ip address of the domain for the webmail.domain.com

However, I am not able to access the webmail for the domain.

Also what configurations should I use to access the mail via pop3 or imap through outlook?
