Issue mailenable mailserver not found by mail client

Plesk Bugnyx 17.0.17, Windwos Server 2012R2, x64

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

Cannot configure ANY mailaccount of the whole server (3 domains) in a mail client such as Outlook or Thunderbird. SMTP Server never be found and tried several combinations.
It should be mail.madomain.com or smtp.mydomain.com but nothing works. MailEnable says in console it's perfectly configured with smtp on ports 25 and 587, so i tried them without/TLS/SSL/Auto. Nothing.
Can ping mail.mydomain.com, DNS A record points to the correct IP...

Try to configure one of my mail-accounts in your mail client...

Plesk starts to bother me...
 
I know that i am talking with myself here but it says "hope dies last" so i try to go on by delivering some more infos. At least this might be useful for others running into the same problem...
This is the MailEnable activity log of one of my tries to login with a mail client (Outlook).

Username and Password are correct as i could logon to he IMAP server.
No idea what else to do as to me it looks like that smtp on MailEnable is correct configured....
 
Hello & Thx for the advice. As the support of my server provider has no glue how to handle/fix it i am free now to ask plesk support and will do.
In the meantime i helped myself with a free smtp-relay service (mailjet) which offers an api and 6000 outgoing mails a month for FREE.
AND i do not have to hassle anymore with the certificate problems as this service provides a fully trusted certificate for his SMTP server...
For the moment this is a nice solution that gives me time to (let Plesk) investigate why i cannot access my smtp server from outside.
Hope this might be useful as a workaround also for others.
