mailenable - pop service failed

Hello,

I use plesk 11.0.9. The email server is mail enable professional 4.25.
The POP service is failing all the time.

There is nothing in the logs.
In the event viewer I see only: "The MailEnable POP Service service terminated unexpectedly."

The server is windows 2008 R2 64bit Standard.

Has anyone experienced this?
