MailEnable Prof. : Migration error: Mails not all moved and marked unread

Hello,

i try to migrate a Server to a virtual machine using the Migration Agent.
Everything Looks good, but not all Mails are transferred.
In addition those mails are Show as unread for the user.

Any Idea?
