  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Plesk Migrator - roundcube address book and identities not transferred

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
CentOS 7
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.64 Update #1 -> 18.0.65
Hello
Yesterday we migrated various subscriptions from a CentOS 7 VPS running Plesk 18.0.64 Update #1 to another server with AlmaLinux 8 and Plesk Obsidian 18.0.65.

Everything seemed fine, but today some clients reported that in roundcube address book and identities are missing, our guess is that they were not transferred.

Is there anything that we can do?

This is an expected behavior. What you can do is to manually export the Contacts. You may find the steps here. I hope that helps.
