  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Mailenable webmail showing disk usage different than on disk

Amar

New Pleskian
Hi Team,

I am using Plesk onyx in which we are facing issue for one of the email address. its showing 36 GB in plesk but when i open the email id in mailenable webmail disk space shows 11 GB. Also i checked in the server mailbox folder size is 36 GB only.

Is there any thing we can do with plesk. It seems mailenable webmail is taking the disk size from the file _DIRSIZE.TMP but its showing wrong, hence the same thing is getting reflected in mailenable webmail as well.

Kindly suggest.
