mailman links not working

Hey folks I am running plesk 7.5.4 and the updater says I have the most up to date version of mailman.

The list functionality works fine and am having no problems. However all of the emails and the welcome messge contain thinks likehttp://lists.mydomain.com/mailman/listinfo/mylist and I can not get them to work. They get 404s. Any suggestions on this? I think it has something to do that my cgi-bin isn't pointing to the right place. Isn't this something plesk handles? I am afraid to go mainually point it and break something in plesk. Any help is appreciated.
