Mailman Mailing List not being advertised

I have a lot of hosted domains with Mailing Lists which work exactly as they should. However, I have just created one on a newly created domain which was created fine, but it is not being advertised on the http://lists.domain.com/mailman/listinfo page which says:

There currently are no publicly-advertised Mailman mailing lists on lists.domain.com. To visit the general information page for an unadvertised list, open a URL similar to this one, but with a '/' and the list name appended.

Advertise this list when people ask what lists are on this machine? is set to "Yes". I have even tried to disable this and then re-enable, but this did not work.

I then went to a domain already using domains and created another one. This one is being advertised publically as it should.

Can anyone give me an idea of what is causing that?
