Mailman statistics - are they counted?

I have a customer with huge mailing lists, but I just checked their stats and the SMTP values are not high at all.
Are mailman statics counted towards that domain?

As far as I know it should be calculated. Try to enable Plesk debug mode and check mailing lists related messages in output of command:

# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name domain.com
