Mailnames not displaying after restore

Hello,

We deleted a domain via Plesk (PSA). We currently backup using a different program (netvault, backing up the Plesk directories on the Linux box. We were able to restore the domain, website, email, users, etc successfully. However, now when you go to the domain and click on mail, there are no users / mailboxes listed. The mail is working, we can see new messages coming into the qmail directory. Mail seems to be working for folks using POP account programs (like Outlook), but obviously, they aren't listed in Plesk.

It's our understanding that the mailnames is in a My SQL database, is that right? How can we restore the names so they show up in Plesk? i.e., we restored the domain under the psa, and the qmail under /usr/local/psa/qmail/mailnames/<domain>, what else do we need to restore?

Any help would be appreciated.
