Issue mailsize exceded help

Good, in a month of 8GB has reached 30GB, the customer tells me that it is not normal... we have really looked at the mail and do not see recent mail so heavy.

I have looked in ssh and see the folder cur... is that folder the one that contains the inbox ?

Yes. The cur directory is the inbox folder of a mailbox.

suddenly someone is in pop3 mail from another ip (it seems that the client is moving to another hosting) but for that they are going to take the mail and I don't know what they are doing that from 8GB they have filled it up to 30GB and the logs I see things like this

The error indicates that the transaction log file is corrupted. Maybe this helps: Dovecot corrupted transaction log file is delaying email

In any case proceed with caution and make a backup first.

Yes but I don't know what the hell they have done, the mailbox weighed 8GB and they have configured it as pop 3 causing crashes on the server... duplicity of mails in short.
