Hello,
I'm trying to solve a problem I have, where I need to be able to assign a developer access to multiple customers - but as far as I know this isn't currently an option... unless you set them up as a reseller.
To work around this, I've created a reseller plan that doesn't allow for customer creation - which limits the developer/reseller to the customers I move to their account.
However, because I'm handling the billing, I want to maintain control of the subscriptions for these customers. I was able to duplicate my plans as reseller plans - however - I was wondering if there were any way to 'lock' these plans - to keep them from accidentally being changed from what they're being charged for? I'd love to be able to synchronize the admin plans to the reseller ones, but figure that's out of the question.
Thanks for any advice!
