Manually Running Awstats

I am trying to configure awstats to allow auto update from browser.

Is this the correct file I should edit?

awstats.host.co.uk-http.conf


I change the correct setting but nothing happens to update?

Secondly, I am also trying to run the updates from SSH. This is also failing, how can I manage this one, for some reason its not just allowing me to ecause of permissions.

Maybe Im just using the wrong awstats.pl
