• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

marking spam from pop client

i was thinking about how nice it would be to not have to manage my spam from within the plesk interface. instead when i click "junk" or "spam" or whatever in my client, it would then mark it as such on the server. i can see a thunderbird extension for this not being too hard to write up i guess...

this would be handy for me, but mostly for my mother, since she just won't do it thru plesk, i guess she thinks its a waste of time.

so has anybody looked into anything like this? it seems so easy as a concept, just have the pop client login to plesk with your info, and mark messages accordingly, essentially mimicing the spamassassin interface (behind the scenes of course)

any help would be appreciated.

thanks, i was thinking i might have to use imap for this...
