• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Input McAfee WebAdvisor browser add-on blocking some .js files from Plesk since 18.0.38

Since the upgrade vom 18.0.37 to 18.0.38 we have seen that on end user computers that are using McAfee Antivirus solution with the "WebAdvisor" add-on for web browsers, the add-on is bocking some JavaScript or css files on the Plesk GUI. For sure there are files affected that control the Google Authenticator prompt after login (the screen stays white with no layout, the input box and buttons are visible in the top left corner, but they cannot be used). Also, the "outgoing mail control" page cannot be loaded and stays white as if it does not finish loading.

Solution: Disable McAfee WebAdvisor browser add-on.

I can also confirm. For example, customers cannot create new email addresses because various buttons are simply missing.
