mchk: Unable to query domains: Unknown column 'd.id' in 'on clause'

I'm having problems with a Plesk install that I've been working on. Without much forethought I upgraded the underlying MySQL engine from 3.23 to 5.2. I've got most things working except for running /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk -v

That command gives me the error of:
mchk: Unable to query domains: Unknown column 'd.id' in 'on clause'

Please help, right now I'm not able to receive any mail.
