Hi!!
just a question... i would upgrade my plesk but when i try server gives to me this error:

WARNING: There are custom web server configuration templates at /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/templates/custom. These custom templates might be incompatible with a new Plesk version, and this might lead to failure to generate web server configuration files.Please check http://kb.odin.com/118192 for details.

sincerely i don't know how serious this message is it. can i upgrade without lost any data? anybody can help me?

Your custom templates may be incompatible with the new Plesk version. This can be a severe issue, because we are not speaking about GUI look and feel, but technical web server settings. Depending on your previus web server version, an updated server software may require different configuration settings. In my opinion you should revert to a standard Plesk template set for your current version, then do the upgrade. After you have successfully upgraded you can make changes to the new template set to fit your needs.
