Question Migrate from shared cPanel to my Plesk Server

I have a couple of clients hosted on a shared account cPanel (siteground) and want to trasfer them over to my own Plesk server.
I've used the website transfer tool before, worked ok, but now I need to transfer both websites and e-mails. As the cpanel is shared, I do not have root access to that server.

What would be the best way to make the move?
