Migrating 8.4 to 9.5.2 on GoDaddy

I am going to be migrating from one godaddy vps to a newer version. With godaddy, you do not have direct access to root. This means if I want to do a migration, I need to have a field where I can enter a su - password. The option was in 8.4, but since I am migrating to 9.5.2 I do not see that option available within the migration settings.

How can I get this to appear so that I may do a migration?
