Migrating CPanel 11.24 to Plesk with Migration Manager

I tried to migrate my site from a different server where it was using CPanel 11.24 to Plesk using Migration Manager. I get this Error: Some fields are empty or contain an improper value, so then select Source Plaftform CPanel 9,10,11
and click on Next but keep getting the same error.

Can anyone help? I'm wondering if my version if CPanel is too new, and if so, what should I do?

(ps I am a complete newbie when it comes to using the command line, so I'll need to know 'exactly' what I need to type there if that is necessary)

Just to let you know the problem was resolved by doing the transfer with the root logon (instead of the account name for the domain I wanted to transfer).
