If you DISABLE a client before migration then the migration process will not copy MySQL permissions (but does create the user and database), Horde address books or directory permissions.
With MySQL, it creates the database and the user, but the user cannot access its database.
With Horde, the address book entries are not copied over.
A client had phpGallery installed from the Application Vault. The smarty template cache directory is owned by apache:apache. After migration the permissions were reset to that of the client owner.
