Migration from 7.5 looses Calendar

The migration from plesk 7.5 reloaded left us with no calendar in Horde.
A mysql restore of only the kronolith tables, the calendar part of horde didn't resolve it either.
I guess the user-id's are different.
Just put back the whole horde database and the calendar appears again, filled as it was.
However now the Dutch language can be selected but is not displayed.
HMPRF :(
(And customers complained the calendar appearance was changed.)

Same problem here.

No, no solution. First export calendar per user and import them per user seems to be the only option.
