I have a problem on a Linux server, CentOS 5.3 x86_64 and installation of psa-backup-manager.
During installation I returns this error:

I have not found anything on the forum and the Internet regarding this problem.
Version of Plesk is 9.2.3
I had to do the installation, meanwhile, without the psa-backup-manager.
Someone had the same problem and knows how to fix it?

Try to check correct updater preferences in Parallels Plesk Control Panel:

Home >Updates> Updater Settings > Parallels Plesk Panel Update source > Source type: Parallels Plesk Panel Updates Server

After that try install backup manager with autoinstaller again. Also check autoinstaller logs in /tmp There can be useful information.

I had the same problem with installing Plesk 8.6 on CentOS 5.4 i386.

solved it by analysing the log files of the installation of the migration manager.

manualy installed the modules using yum

yum install db4-utils, yum install db4-devel, etc.

after that, i could install the migration manager without any problem. I also had this problem when installing the backup manager. After manualy installing the modules, this also worked for me.
