• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Missing "Databases" icon?

Hey there everybody. First post!

Essentially, I'm trying to access PHPMyAdmin on our Plesk server, which is run for us by an external host. I'm logging into our IP address (port 8443) and have gone into the Services area, but can't seem to find the "Databases" option. All the websites I've searched for help on this topic say "Click Databases, then..." - but I can't.

Does anybody know why this somewhat vital icon might be missing from my Plesk Control Panel? I'm running version 7.5.4 and I have checked that MySQL is running (as Plesk uses it, but I checked that the mysqld process was running just to be sure).

Kind regards,

J
