Issue Missing mysql-service and Zend_Db_Adapter_Exception-SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory

Hello together,

I have a really big Problem with my Plesk and mysql-service.

First I got the Message below:

Type Zend_Db_Adapter_Exception
Message SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory
File Abstract.php
Line 144

than I tried a lot of things found in the Plesk Forum, and now the mysql-service ist missing and I can't get it back.
Can someone tell me how I could return the Plesk Admin Console and my mySQL-Service?

I found the backups from Plesk, but becaus of tje missing mySQL-service and database I don't know what I can do.

# plesk installer --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --upgrade-installed-components
# plesk repair installation
